The most economical solar mounting system - mini rail racking system

 To save costs, more and more customers are choosing to use mini rail system. To meet different customers’ demands, Art Sign always develop new design mini rail mounting system. Here are some new design mini rail products.


1.DR12 Mini Rail


The material is Anodized Aluminum-6005-T5.
The length 385mm and 400mm are most popular with customers. If customers wants other length, it can be customized too.



The standard mini rail has 4 holes, if customers needs more holes, it’s ok too. The hole distance also can be customized by customers.

The back side is glued with 2pcs EPDM pad. And there’s two kinds of solar grounding lugs for options, grounding lug-1 is to match ArtSign’s best sale aluminum solar rail – D rail series; grounding lug-2 is suitable to all kinds of rails.

There’s two kinds of solar panel clamps for this mini rail, one is fixed T bolt, the other is fixed by D nut.

Regarding to the screws to fix this mini rail, there’s three types for your choice, include M6.3x25 self-drilling screw, M6.3x75 self-tapping screw and M6.3x80 wood screw. Customers can choose the suitable screw according to their roof type.

Besides, there’s also R25 mini rail, R15 mini rail, and so on.

How to install solar panels on corrugated metal roofing | sic-solar.com

  Can   solar panels   be mounted on a metal roof? For sure, metal roof is one of the best roof material to install solar panels, due to its durability and easy for installation. Either framed or frameless solar panels could be mounted, and the shadows of panels could keep your home cool during the summer. The Metal roof have various types. The corrugated steel roof is the basic type, which you can see everywhere. To fix solar panels on it, the solar mounting brackets need to penetrate the roof sheet and fix into the wooden or steel beam directly by screws or hanger bolts. Details as follow. 1.  L feet+self-tapping screws 2.  L feet+Solar hanger bolt L feet is widely used for its high adaptability, which do not have request on the size of metal roof sheet.
